Here, we attempt to foster employee satisfaction and retention through the act of actually having fun at work. We occasionally schedule field trips to boot. Our Wellness Program garnered us a Best Places to Work Award, which was cool. Beer and bowling, anyone?

Rocket Days and Festifuels
Why not create customer-serving holidays that host clients for an afternoon of mariachi music, fortune-telling, food and adult beverages, free stuff, corn toss, and the like? With a national “Best Marketing Event” Award in our coffers, these events showcase the “Best of” branded products in the spring and fall.

Halloween - Waffle House Folklore
It’s one of Brand Fuel’s grandest traditions. Each Halloween day, Fuelians don their most creative costumes and head to the Waffle House where the wait staff selects a winner. Past winners include Uncle Elvis, Sherlock Homeless, Little Dead Riding Hood, and a Cereal Killer.

Showrooms
It is a touchy feely kind of industry so we went deep with the showrooms in each of our offices. This strategy landed us the industry’s “Best Showroom” award. A product might look cool on the web or in a catalog, but until you test drive it, you’ll never know if it hits the high note. Swing on by for the $.25 tour. It is a creative space to brainstorm.
