In our commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, we embrace the responsibility of doing what is right, especially when it is hard. We also recognize that, like most businesses, we can and should do better. Thus, we have collectively resolved to take meaningful steps toward furthering our dedication to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI).

  • We are an anti-racist organization, and we acknowledge that there is much work to be done within our industry and beyond.

 Our commitments:

  • Create a safe, supportive space for all Brand Fuelians to drive positive change across our company, industry, and communities.  
  • Empower and support our internal DEI/B Corp Committee to initiate new CSR programs and hold us accountable.  
  • Support local, diverse-owned and/or mission-aligned businesses when sourcing client gifts, team gifts, in-person team lunches, and office supplies.   
  • Track our team demographics and create more leadership opportunities.
  • Continue to audit and improve our web accessibility and digital sustainability scores. 
  • Host bi-monthly all-team learning sessions on various topics aligned with our B Corp mission and JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) principles.  
    • Topics include Understanding Neurodiversity; Embracing our B Corp values; Understanding the Importance of Juneteenth and Race Relations, and Welcome to the Philippines Culture (led by our team in the Philippines).  
  • Track our quarterly and annual spending on diverse-owned suppliers. 
  • Engage with industry leaders to share best practices and expand collective impact across over 30k distributors in the U.S. 

Current Goals: 

  • Engage our clients and other key stakeholders in our service activities.  
  • Invite a JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) expert to lead a series of training and workshops with our team, as a follow-up from our previous racial equity series. 
  • Review and improve our internal recruitment process to diversify our pool of job applicants. 
  • Improve our performance review process and create more opportunities for all team members to receive and give peer-to-peer feedback.
