Before Brand Fuel, I grew up in a small town in Connecticut, and stayed there to complete my undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University. I graduated with a BS in Communication with a specialization in Advertising and Promotions. I also completed an awesome internship at Warner Bros Records in the Creative & Design Department in NYC! From there, I moved to San Diego where I bartended for a couple of years before going back to graduate school. I graduated in May 2019 with a Master’s in Sport Management and completed two internships in event planning and digital marketing.
I spend a good amount of time in the gym. I’ve been a CrossFit athlete for a few years now and I competed in San Diego. I’d really like to start competing again soon! I spend my free time at the beach, biking, going to concerts, meeting new people, reading, and just finding new fun things to do with my boyfriend as we explore our new home in VA!
I’m thrilled to be joining the Brand Fuel team. My level of weird and new energy are a bit different, but I think my “I’ll take on any kind of challenge” will be a great addition to the team!

Favorite Sports Team: NY Giants
Pet Peeves: People who are late. Mostly, when you tell a person what time to be ready for and when you go to pick them up, they still aren’t ready. I’m learning to adjust to people I KNOW are always late and give them a time about a half an hour earlier than when I need them to actually be ready for.
Favorite Quote: It’s the focus and dedication to the task at hand, no matter how small, and giving your very best in each and every moment. Think about being on a beach. We don’t look at the whole beach. We focus on one grain of sand. We only see one grain at a time and that grain gets our full attention. After a full day of focusing on a single grain at a time, we leave the beach. That’s when we look at it as a whole. That is when we see the beauty of it all and reflect on it. -Ben Bergeron
Favorite Promotional Product and Why: The Large Record Journal. I love it because it’s made from recycled records. I have a collection of records with a player at home. I fell in love with vinyl back at my internship at Warner Bro. Records. Having a cool notebook with an old record as a cover just brings out the creativity in me to just write everything down.
Childhood Hero: My mom. Growing up, my mom was a superhero by being a stay at home mom, helping my dad run the business, and raising five kids. She did everything for us. She never missed a single game for every sport I played, and the same was true for my siblings. She raised me to be able to handle anything that’s thrown my way. She raised me to be the strong, independent woman that I am.
Favorite Band(s): Five Finger Death Punch (I have one of their song lyrics actually tattooed around my leg), Palisades, Morgan Wallen, Kiiara, Russell Dickerson, Taking Back Sunday, A Day to Remember, and the list continues. I can’t even write down all of them. I have just too many favorites. It always depends on my mood and what I’m doing for me to have a favorite overall.
Awards: It’s not actually an award, but I graduated with my master’s degree with a 4.0 GPA.
What I want to be when I grow up: Even though I’m in my thirties and I’m technically an “adult,” I’m an adult that needs an adult, and I’m still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!
What I do when no one is looking: Drink out of the chocolate milk carton in the fridge. I know it’s terrible, but it just tastes WAY MORE DELICIOUS when you drink it out of the carton. (Don’t worry, my boyfriend has caught me numerous times and I’ve caught him as well!)
Favorite Book: Chasing Excellence by Ben Bergeron
Favorite Place to Travel: Any place that my feet have never touched before. I want to explore the world and try all the food and have all of the adventures. I just want to see as much as I can for as long as I possibly can.
Favorite Condiment: BBQ SAUCE! Legit, I could probably put it on everything. Ketchup? NOPE! Not even on my radar. Give me all the BBQ sauce!
