Biography
As a graduate of Business Management, I began my career on the Business Process Outsourcing companies here at my home country Philippines as part of the Customer Service Team since 2005 from operations to back office support. I was fortunate to work with great accounts, including Financial and Health Care Services. These experiences have enhanced my ability to multitask and embrace a wide range of task and duties including addressing customer needs and ensuring that they have a good experience.
I am a foodie person. I am so much interested on the latest food fads and am willing to take a trip together with my family just to check on it. I also love music, all kinds! I really appreciate the composers’ endeavors to create a tune. I’m also fond of watching series and really tried to stay awake just to finish it in one to two days or else I don’t feel accomplished. Haha. I love to travel to uncrowded places and the countryside to enjoy and savor the scenery. Last, I can’t live without coffee. Coffee is my booster shot to seize the day!
Causes I Support: I always volunteer for efforts to help people that were hit by natural calamities whether I am donating clothes or food or sorting and packing donations. I think it is important to simply be there to talk and listen to those affected in order to ease their anxieties.
Favorite Sports Teams: Gilas Pilipinas, Philippines Men’s National Basketball Team
Pet Peeves: Being Late. I really value time, so I really don’t like tardiness.

Favorite Bands: I love the 90’s boy bands like Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, Boyz II Men, and Westlife.
Awards: I have been lucky to always bag the Employee of the Month award from all my career endeavors.
What I want to be when I grow up: I actually want to be a Flight Attendant and want to see the world from the perspective of the clouds. My height just didn’t make it through the hiring process.
What I do when no one is looking: I talk to myself asking if I have forgotten something that I must do (haha).
Favorite Book: Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
Favorite Artist: Sunshine Plata Alimagno. She is a Filipino artist who uses coffee as paint and her works have been exhibited locally and in Ripley’s Museum in New York City.
Favorite Song: “I Could Not Ask for More” by Edwin McCain. This song uplifts my spirit
Favorite Place to Travel: I’ve never been there but I really fancied getting to Canada, the land of dreams.
My Superpower: Ability to find something amusing that can lighten up the mood in every critical situation.
Favorite Condiment: Chili Flakes. I love spicy foods.
