Biography
Growing up in Florida, it is no wonder that I love beaches and warm weather. There is no comparison to the white sand and turquoise blue water found on the Gulf Coast. After attending Florida State University and starting a career in retail management, I met Michael and followed him and my heart to North Carolina. I have now been in NC long enough to call it my home. And I love it – the change in seasons (we don’t have them in Florida) and being able to drive from the beach to the mountains in a day is amazing. It is also where my career path took a turn and I discovered the promotional products industry – through a temp job – as a receptionist and entering orders for Hardee’s employees! Fast forward to today – I just celebrated 15 years with Brand Fuel and work with Alex Stowe (the A-Team) as a Sales Project Manager to create meaningful campaigns for our clients.
In my free time I enjoy relaxing with my 4-legged babies Daisy and Rocket, spending time with family, listening to live music, reading and traveling. My love for travel started at an early age, with my mom and dad packing the family into the station wagon (or whatever car we had at the time) and taking off for a summer adventure. A lot of times to New Mexico to visit my mom’s family – the Southwest is spectacular. Albuquerque is one of my favorite places to visit. The landscape is breathtaking. One of my bucket list items is to visit as many state parks as possible in our RV – we have a long way to go but are enjoying the ride so far.

Music: I enjoy all genres, depends on my mood. Favorites though: American Aquarium, Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, Green Day, Prince, and my guilty pleasures – metal and big hair bands!
What I want to be when I grow up: Owner of a large rescue sanctuary for animals

Favorite B-Corps: Ben & Jerry’s. Why? Ice Cream. Need I say more? Cariuma Shoes. They are super comfortable, vegan, 2 trees are planted with every purchase, they come in tons of cool colors and Helen Mirren loves them.
