Biography
Although born in Houston, Texas, Shane grew up a Navy brat and moved all over. After graduating from Kellam High School in Virginia Beach, he enlisted in the Navy as a 4th generation sailor. During his time in the service, he visited places like Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Diego Garcia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Hawaii, etc… While serving in the Navy, Shane was able to serve aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson alongside his father. After getting out, he was discovered by the General Manager of NorthStar Sportswear who eventually hired Shane to be a Military Sales Representative for the company. That was over 27 years ago, and Shane has been working in the promotional products industry ever since. He is happily married to Sheri and has 3 adult children, Philip (Army Veteran), Noah (Active Duty Army), and Sydney as well as 2 beautiful grandchildren, Nicholas and Charlotte. He loves attending sports events and can often be found at Harbor Park watching the Norfolk Tides or chilling at the beach. His motto is, “Passion breeds enthusiasm, and enthusiasm is contagious.”

Volunteer Roles – Men’s Ministry Lead, Education Coordinator, and Adult Small Group Teacher at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Virginia Beach.
Favorite Promotional Product and Why – The Vacuum sealed mug/tumbler. Finally, a way to keep my coffee hot for longer than it takes me to drink it. It has a purpose and it is great for branding because it can be carried anywhere. It’s like a mini-billboard on the move.
Childhood Hero – Honk Kong Phooey… seriously though, my Father is a Vietnam Veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart twice and the Bronze Star as a field medic. Also, my Mother for putting up with my Father and raising two great kids (said humbly).
